A delicious mix of Vodka, Sour Apple Schnapps and Sour Apple Mix. Super quick and easy to make and perfect for Halloween because of the spooky green color. But what really makes this cool is to dip the edge in red dyed corn syrup so it looks like blood is dripping down the edges of the glass! As if it could be any cuter, you then freeze eyeballs in your ice cube tray!! Most definitely Witch approved!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Oz Vodka I use Titos
  • 1 Oz Sour Apple Schnapps
  • 1 Oz Sour Apple MIx

Bloody Rim

  • 2 TB Clear Corn Syrup
  • 4 Drops Red Food Coloring

Eyeball Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

Bloody Rim

  • Add 4 Drops or so of Red Food Coloring to 2 TB Clear Corn Syrup
  • Pour some of the syrup on a dish and dip the rim of your glass
  • You can take a spoon and put small drops every inch or so to make larger drips
  • The above can be done the evening before so it can dry

Eyeball Ice Cubes

  • Place one eyeball in each section of ice cube tray and freeze overnight

Cocktail

  • Fill shaker half way with ice and add Vodka, Schnapps and Mix and shake for 20 seconds
  • Pour into glass and garnish with eyeball ice cubes
