Strawberry Tulip Champagne
I have the perfect Mother’s Day Cocktail for you – the Strawberry Tulip Champagne!
Everyone loves a glass of champagne, but why not make it a bit more special by floating a strawberry Tulip! How cute would this be to not only bring Mom a bouquet of Tulips but also serve her a cocktail with a yummy tulip made of sweet and delicious Strawberries!
This is one of those things that just takes minutes but makes a huge difference in the presentation!
Why Strawberry Tulip Champagne?
All you do is slice strawberries and arrange them in an ice cube tray to look like the petals of a tulip. You then pour in a little Champagne and freeze till solid!
Now you can change this up a bit. You can add juice or a strawberry syrup to the cubes instead to give it flavor.
Which ever way you go, you have to make sure you let it totally freeze. I would definitely do these the night before.
Trust me on this because if you don’t let them totally freeze, the tulips will fall apart in your glass!
Special Occasions
If you’re having a crowd this Mother’s Day, just plan on floating one tulip cube per glass. If it’s just a few of you, I would put two per glass as they not only look so cute, they will keep the Champagne cold.
Remember to prepare this delightful treat the night before to ensure the tulips are fully frozen and ready to charm everyone’s glasses.
Enjoy!
Cheers to a wonderful Mother’s Day filled with fun, good food and yummy Strawberry Tulip Champagne cocktails!
