Strawberry Tulip Champagne

Strawberries sliced and frozen in Champagne to resemble Red Tulips then floated in a coupe of Champagne

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Strawberries Sliced
  • 1 Bottle Champagne or Prosecco I Used Korbel Brut

Instructions
 

  • Slice Strawberries the long way
  • Place approx 5-6 Sliced Strawberries in each cube of an ice cube tray arranging them tips up to resemble petals of a Tulip
  • Carefully add Champagne to each cube and freeze for 24 hours
  • Place 1 -2 Tulip Cubes in each Couple style glass and fill with your favorite Champagne or Prosecco
