Peachy Pina Colada
How can you take a near-perfect cocktail and make it better? Well, by adding a peach, of course!
There’s nothing more tasty and delicious than a Pina Colada. It goes hand in hand with summer vacation, little pink umbrellas, and a hot sandy beach. And if you don’t have any of those things, you can certainly grab a peach and whip up this little summer vacay in a glass today.

Why You’ll Love This Peachy Pina Colada
This cocktail is sweet, creamy, fruity, and definitely a treat.
The classic pineapple and coconut flavors are still there, but fresh peach and peach liqueur give the drink an extra burst of summertime flavor. It’s basically a Pina Colada with a peachy little upgrade.
And the best part? You only need a handful of ingredients and a blender. You’re just minutes away from being transported to the beach of St. Tropez—or maybe just Miami, but either will do for me!

Ingredients You’ll Need
The key to making this cocktail creamy, dreamy, and oh so good is all in the Cream of Coconut.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- White Rum: I use Bacardi.
- Peach Liqueur: This adds lots of peach flavor without overpowering the drink.
- Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut: This is the classic Cream of Coconut in the blue can. I actually found it at Walmart! It’s thick and delish and makes such a good drink.
- Pineapple Juice: You can’t have a Pina Colada without that tropical pineapple flavor.
- Fresh Peach: Add a few peach slices right into the blender and save another slice for garnish.
- Ice: For blending and a few cubes in your cocktail glass.
One important thing when shopping for the peach liqueur: do not buy Peach Schnapps. It will give the cocktail the wrong flavor.
Look for a flavored peach liqueur instead. I used Peach Liqueur by Montbisou.

How to Make a Peachy Pina Colada
This really could not be easier.
Add ice to a bullet blender or regular blender. Pour in the white rum, peach liqueur, Cream of Coconut, and pineapple juice, then add a few fresh peach slices.
Blend everything together until it’s creamy and smooth.

Add a few ice cubes to a tall cocktail glass and pour in your Peachy Pina Colada.
Then make it fancy!
Add a slice of pineapple, a peach slice, a little cocktail umbrella, and a big fat straw.

Grab your sunglasses, put on your bathing suit, and fill up the kiddie pool because you’re hitting that in style!
Tips for the Best Cocktail
Definitely use Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut instead of coconut milk or regular coconut cream. Cream of Coconut is sweet, thick, and what gives a Pina Colada that dreamy texture.
Fresh ripe peaches will also give you the best peach flavor. Summer peaches that are juicy and fragrant are perfect here.
And don’t go crazy with the ice. You want the cocktail cold and creamy, not so icy that all those delicious pineapple, coconut, and peach flavors get watered down.

Make Peachy Pina Coladas by the Pitcher
You can absolutely invite the girls over for a backyard Sunday sipper day and make this by the pitcher.
Just multiply the ingredient amounts by however many drinks you want to make, plug in the blender, and you are ready for the backyard!
For a larger batch, you may want to blend in smaller portions depending on the size of your blender so everything stays nice and creamy.
This is such a fun cocktail for pool parties, backyard get-togethers, summer cookouts, girls’ nights, or one of those afternoons when you decide your patio is basically a tropical resort.
