A Paloma Mimosa is simply Grapefruit Juice and Champagne. This combination is fantastic, and I’m sure that special guy in your life will love it.

The Tangy Elegance of Grapefruit and Champagne
Grapefruit Juice is tangy and along with the Brut Champagne, it is a wonderful combination.
The key to making this special is to rim your glass with a little sugar. Sugar and grapefruit have been a combination forever, and it goes super well in this cocktail.
Instructions for a Perfect Paloma Mimosa
- Slice grapefruit in half and juice one half to get 2-4 Oz of Juice.
- Slice the other half to use as a garnish for your glasses and also to rim your glass to dip in sugar.
- Fill your sugar-rimmed Champagne Flute 3/4 of the way with Champagne then top off with 1 Oz of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice.
- Garnish with a triangle of Fresh Grapefruit and serve.

- 1 TB Sugar To Rim your Champagne Flutes
