Turkey Sausage Pull-Aparts
Happy Father’s Day everyone! If you’re having the family over or just relaxing with your own family, it’s fun to put out appetizers on a holiday! These turkey sausage pull-aparts make a delicious and easy option everyone will love.
Since this is a celebration for Dad, we all know Dads love their sausages. So here’s a simple but great way to serve a different take on Pigs in a Blanket.

Instead of using just hot dogs, I use Turkey Sausage then wrap them up in croissant rolls with a light glaze of a honey mustard sauce that makes them irresistible!
I choose to use Turkey Sausage, but you could use Chicken Sausages. Chicken Sausage comes in many different flavors so you could mix it up if you like.
The fun thing is to serve it in a circle so they bake together and you can pull them apart and dip them in the sauce in the middle of the circle. So easy but so yummy!

This recipe just takes minutes to make and bakes up in about 20 minutes. All you need is a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roll out your croissant rolls and push the seams together so it’s one big rectangle.
Cut it in one-inch strips and then cut your sausage up and roll each bite-size sausage in the rolls.
Arrange them on the sheet in a double circle or more so that they bake together but leaves a hole in the center for your dip.
Special Touch: The Glaze

What makes these a little more special is the honey mustard glaze that you brush on before baking!
The tiny bit of sweetness along with the mustard really pairs nicely with the Turkey Sausage.
I love these just with the glaze, but the dip is yummy as well.
The dip is simply a mix of ketchup, mustard, and sriracha to give it a little kick!
