Turkey Sausage Pull-Aparts

Turkey Sausage wrapped in croissant rolls then glazed in a honey mustard sauce and baked to perfection

Equipment

  • 1 Sheet Pan
  • 1 Parchment Paper Needs to be on parchment in order to move it carefully to a serving platter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Roll Pillsbury Crescent Rolls Pillsbury bakes up the best and is light and flaky compared to off brands
  • 1 Package Butterball Turkey Sausage Can use Chicken Sausages instead

Glaze

  • 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 TB Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TB Honey

Dipping Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Heaping TB Yellow Mustard
  • 1 TB Sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Unroll croissant rolls and push seams together to make one big rectangle then slice in one inch sections then again down the middle
  • Slice turkey sausage in one inch pieces
  • Wrap each slice of sausage around the edge with the piece of croissant roll and place on parchment lined baking sheet
  • Form into a double circle so that the pieces will bake together then brush with the glaze and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes till golden brown
  • Serve with dipping sauce if desired
