Turkey Sausage Pull-Aparts
Turkey Sausage wrapped in croissant rolls then glazed in a honey mustard sauce and baked to perfection

- 1 Roll Pillsbury Crescent Rolls Pillsbury bakes up the best and is light and flaky compared to off brands
- 1 Package Butterball Turkey Sausage Can use Chicken Sausages instead
Glaze
- 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter melted
- 1 TB Dijon Mustard
- 1 TB Honey
Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Heaping TB Yellow Mustard
- 1 TB Sriracha
Unroll croissant rolls and push seams together to make one big rectangle then slice in one inch sections then again down the middle
Slice turkey sausage in one inch pieces
Wrap each slice of sausage around the edge with the piece of croissant roll and place on parchment lined baking sheet
Form into a double circle so that the pieces will bake together then brush with the glaze and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes till golden brown
Serve with dipping sauce if desired
