Paloma Mimosa

A Champagne Cocktail of Brut Champagne topped off with fresh squeezed Grapefruit Juice served in a sugar rimmed Champagne flute

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pink Grapefruit
  • 1 Bottle Brut Chammpage Korbel
  • 1 TB Sugar To Rim your Champagne Flutes

Instructions
 

  • Slice grapefruit in half and juice one half to get 2-4 Oz of Juice
  • Slice other half to use as garnish for your glasses and also to rim your glass to dip in sugar
  • Fill your sugar rimmed Champagne Flute 3/4 of the way with Champagne then top off with 1 Oz of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • Garnish with a triangle of Fresh Grapefruit and serve
