Apple Cider Aperol Spritz Ingredients

For this spirited Halloween cocktail, gather the following ingredients:

  • 1 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Seltzer
  • Garnish
    • 1 Large Apple (sliced or formed into the shape of a ghost)
    • 3 Cloves (two for eyes, one for the mouth)
    • 1 Orange Peel (sliced to make a twist)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Your Glass

Select a goblet-style glass with a generous bowl to accommodate your ghostly garnish and orange twist. A stemless wine glass or a large old-fashioned glass will work perfectly.

Step 2: Ice It Up

Fill your chosen glass with ice cubes. This will not only chill your drink but also add a touch of elegance to its presentation.

Step 3: Mix Your Spirits

Now, it’s time to bring the Halloween spirit into your drink. Add the following ingredients directly into your glass:

  • 1 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • A splash of seltzer for that effervescent touch

Step 4: Ghostly Garnish

This is where the Halloween magic happens! Create a cute ghost garnish by slicing a large apple sideways to make a big, round slice.

If you’re feeling extra creative, use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter.

To give your ghost some personality, poke two cloves for eyes and one for the mouth.

If you want to preserve the freshness and appearance of your apple ghost, consider rubbing it with a bit of lemon juice.
