Halloween Apple Cider Aperol Spritz

A little Halloween twist on a super trendy cocktail. Take an Aperol Spritz but add a shot of apple cider and a cute little apple ghost and you have the coolest little Halloween drink. Aperol is bright orange so this is the perfect drink to serve for your Halloween get together!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Oz Apple Cider
  • 1 Oz Aperol
  • 2 Oz Prosecco
  • 1 Oz Seltzer

Garnish

  • 1 Large Apple Sliced or formed into shape of Ghost
  • 3 Cloves Two for eyes one for mouth if you're doing Ghost
  • 1 Orange Peel Sliced to make a twist

Instructions
 

  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add 1oz apple cider
  • Add 1oz Aperol
  • Add 2oz Prosecco
  • Top with seltzer
  • Add garnish

Garnish

  • Slice apple on side to make a big round slice
  • Cut out shape of ghost with cookie cutter
  • Poke two eyes with cloves and one for the mouth
  • Slice a peel of orange and make a twist
