Orange Rose Mimosa Recipe

Sharing is caring!

Valentine’s Day calls for something extra special, and what could be more perfect than starting the morning with a delightful Orange rose Mimosa?

This isn’t your ordinary Mimosa; it’s adorned with a floating orange juice rose that adds a touch of elegance to this romantic day.

The best part? It’s incredibly impressive while requiring minimal effort – perfection in a glass!

So, let’s explore how to make the Orange Rose Mimosa, adding a touch of sophistication to your Valentine’s Day or any special celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 Either Round or Large Square Silicone Ice Tray
  • 1 Large Orange or 2 Tangerines
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Bottle Champagne

The Magic of Silicone Ice Molds

To create this enchanting Mimosa, all you need are silicone ice molds.

Whether you opt for square or round molds, the choice is yours.

Personally, I prefer the round ones as they perfectly complement a coupe glass, but rest assured, the beauty of this drink shines through no matter the mold shape.

Crafting the Orange Juice Roses

  1. Selecting the Citrus: Choose between oranges or tangerines for this recipe. Tangerines, with their ideal size, work perfectly for crafting a rose in round silicone molds.
  2. Preparing the Slices: Slice off both ends of the orange or tangerine, creating half-moon shapes. Each mold will require four slices to form a rose.
  3. Assembling the Rose: Cut the slices into 1/8-inch thin pieces and arrange them in the mold, cut side down. Three slices surround the edges, and one sits in the middle, resembling a beautiful rose.
  4. Filling with Elegance: Once the rose is assembled, fill the mold to the top with orange juice. Place the mold in the freezer for 1-2 hours; they freeze quickly, making them a convenient choice for any occasion.

Bringing It All Together

When you’re ready to serve, simply place the frozen orange juice rose in a coupe glass and fill it with champagne.

The process is not only easy but also fun, providing a visual spectacle for your guests.

Each cube can serve at least two mimosas, making it a delightful and efficient choice.

Perfect Occasions

This Orange Rose Mimosa isn’t reserved for Valentine’s Day alone.

It’s an excellent choice for bridal showers, baby showers, or any celebration where you want to dazzle your guests.

Elevate your special occasions with this memorable and romantic drink that embodies the spirit of celebration. Remember, holidays come only once a year, so why not make each one truly unforgettable?

Cheers to creating lasting memories with this delightful Orange Rose Mimosa!
