Equipment
- 1 Silicone Ice Cube Mold Either Round or Large Square
Ingredients
- 1 Large Orange or 2 Tangerines
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Bottle Champagne
Instructions
- Slice off end and bottom of your orange so your slices are in half moons
- Place 4 slices in a large round ice cube tray to resemble a rose
- Pour orange juice to top
- Freeze for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
- Place frozen rose in a coupe glass and add champagne to fill the glass
