  • 1 Sauce Pan To make simple syprup or can be purchased pre-made
  • 1 Juicer To juice lime or you can squeeze manually

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oz White Rum
  • 1 Oz Chambord
  • 1/2 Oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice Half a lime
  • 1/4 Oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Rind Lemon To make lemon twist

Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • To make simple syrup just add equal parts of sugar and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer until all the sugar is dissolved and cool before use and refrigerate any unused syrup. Will last in frig for 2 weeks
  • Add Rum, Chambord, Juice from half a lime and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker over ice
  • Shake vigorously then strain into a coupe glass
  • Garnish with a lemon twist
