Stuffed Cherry Tomato Tulip Bouquet How To

1. Prepping the Tomatoes

Begin by washing and drying the tomatoes thoroughly. Opt for larger grape tomatoes, as their size makes them easier to stuff and adds a statement to your bouquet.

2. Whipping up the Filling

Bring the whipped cream cheese to room temperature to ensure smooth piping. Fill the pastry bag equipped with a small star tip with the whipped chive and garlic cream cheese.

3. Crafting the Tulip Effect

  • Score the tops of 12-20 large grape tomatoes with an X, cutting down about halfway.
  • Use the flat end of a small spoon handle or a butter knife to clean out the insides of each tomato.
  • Make a small hole at the bottom of each tomato using a sharp paring knife, ready to insert the chive stem.

4. Assembling the Bouquet
