The Tropical Twist

The Tropical Pineapple Mimosa sets itself apart from the usual orange juice mimosas we all love. The addition of Pineapple Juice and a hint of Coconut Milk gives this drink a tropical flair that is simply delicious.

Pineapple Mimosa Ingredients

For this delightful concoction, you will need:

  • 4 oz Champagne Brut (Korbel recommended)
  • 2 oz Pineapple Mango Juice (Dole)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Milk

Choosing Your Bubbly and Juice

Bubbly Choices

The choice between Prosecco and Champagne is entirely up to your preference. A dry brut Champagne, such as Korbel or LaMarca Prosecco, is recommended for this recipe.

Despite the Pineapple Juice, this is not an overly sweet drink. If you prefer a sweeter taste, consider using a sweeter champagne like Demi-Sec or Moscato.

Juice Options

You have the freedom to choose your Pineapple Juice. I used a Dole Pineapple Mango and it was just delicious. You can also get it with a combo of Pineapple and Orange or just straight Pineapple Juice. Whichever you choose it will be wonderful.

The Simple Art of Mimosa Making

Making a mimosa is a breeze. Start by pouring the Champagne into a flute glass, followed by adding the Pineapple Juice.

The magic happens when you gently pour Coconut Milk over the back of a spoon, creating a tropical cloud that lingers throughout the entire drink.

It’s a simple layering process that adds an elegant touch.

Garnishing Your Pineapple Mimosa

To elevate the visual appeal, consider garnishing your Tropical Pineapple Mimosa with a small slice of Pineapple and a Pineapple Leaf.

If you’re already preparing a ham for Easter, save a few pineapple triangles to add a little flair to your mimosas.
