White Chocolate Bunny Martini

A creamy cocktail made with Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur, Vodka, Creme de Cacao and Cream poured into a white chocolate rimmed martini glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bar White Chocolate To rim glasses
  • 2 Oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur Or Mozart as Godiva is out of business
  • 2 Oz Vodka Titos
  • 1 Oz White Creme de Cacoa
  • 2 Oz Half -N- Half

Instructions
 

  • Microwave 1/2 Godiva White Chocolate Bar in 30 second intervals until softened
  • Mix till all melted then dip rim of Martini glass in the melted chocolate
  • Warm the other half of chocolate for 10 seconds then putting the bar on an angle pull down on the long side with a vegetable peeler to make White Chocolate curls to garnish
  • Add ice to a Cocktail Shaker then add all ingredients and shake well
  • Strain into garnished Martini Glass and Serve
