White Chocolate Bunny Martini
Did you ever have a White Chocolate Bunny from Fannie May? So delicious and sweet. My sister Laura loved white chocolate and always got her special White Chocolate Bunny in her basket! Well I wish she lived close to me now because I would mix her up this White Chocolate Bunny Martini on Easter and she would be in heaven!
Plus it’s easy to make!
Easy-to-Create White Chocolate Garnish
Rimmed Glass
Making this martini visually appealing is as easy as it gets. However, handling white chocolate requires a bit of finesse.
Microwave the chocolate in short intervals, ensuring it’s soft enough to dip the martini glass rim. Carefully execute this step to avoid burning the delicate white chocolate.
Chocolate Curls
For the finishing touch, create elegant chocolate curls.
The curls are pretty easy to make as well.
Take the other half of the bar of chocolate and microwave it for 10 seconds. By warming it a bit it makes it easier to make the curls.
Holding the bar on an angle take the vegetable peeler and slowly pull down from the top and it will form a curl.
If it’s breaking just heat you chocolate a tiny bit more!
The Star of the Show: White Chocolate Liqueur
The star of this cocktail is the White Chocolate Liqueur.
The best one out there is Godiva but unfortunately they stopped making it!
If you are lucky you can sometimes still find it so grab it if you do! If not Mozart is the runner up and will make a fine substitute.

This cocktail is not just about presentation—it’s incredibly easy to make!
