Tropical Pineapple Mimosa
A mimosa with a tropical twist of Pineapple Juice and Coconut milk to make it frothy and fabulous
- 4 Oz Champagne Brut - Korbel
- 2 Oz Pineapple Mango Juice Dole
- 2 TB Coconut Milk
Pour Champagne into a Flute Glass
Add Pineapple Juice
Pour Coconut Milk into a small pitcher or a measuring cup for easier control
Using back of a small spoon slowly pour the Coconut Milk into the glass
Garnish with a small slice of Pineapple and a Pineapple Leaf
