Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Tequila Blanco
  • 1.5 Oz Cointreau
  • 2 Oz Fresh Squeezed Lime 2 Limes
  • 2 Oz Strawberry Coconut Simple Syrup
  • 2 Oz Creme de Coconut Coco Lopez -

Strawberrry Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Pint Fresh Strawberries Cleaned and sliced
  • Bring above to boil then simmer for 15 minutes and strain berries through a sieve and cool the syrup

Garnish

  • 2 TB Marshmallow Fluff Line the rim of Glass
  • 2 TB Coconut Flakes Dip the lined glass in the coconut
  • Marshmallow Fluff Dabbed in the middle of the marshmallows prior to sprinkling the pink sugar
  • Pink Sanding Sugar
  • 1 Marshmallow Cut in half to resemble bunny ears - I found Easter egg shapes which look more like ears but regular marshmallows would be fine - make a small slit in the bottom so you can hang on the side of the glass

Instructions

  • Make your bunny ears and set aside
  • Garnish your glass with the marshmallow fluff dipped in coconut
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add Tequila, Cointreau, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Creme de Coconut to an ice filled Shaker and shake agressively
  • Pour over garnished glass filled with ice and add the bunny ears if using
