Shrimp Shooters

Individual shrimp cocktails are served in a shot glass with a spicy cocktail sauce.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 LB Frozen Raw EZ Peel Shrimp with Tails On Peel shrimp before boiling but leave tails on
  • 1 Jar Cocktail Sauce I use Hoffman House
  • 2 TB Prepared Horseradish Sauce
  • 1/2 TB Honey
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Drops Hot Sauce Add more or less to your liking
  • 1/4 Fresh Squeezed Lemon
  • 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder or One Clove Chopped Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Add peeled shrimp to boiling water for two minutes
  • Remove pan with shrimp from heat and cover pan with lid to continue cooking for 5 min
  • Drain shrimp and immerse in ice bath till ready to serve
  • Mix all ingredients with your bottle of cocktail sauce
  • Put one TB prepared sauce in each shot glass
  • Top each shot glass with one shrimp and garnish with lemon curl or parsley and serve immediately
