Shrimp Shooters

Individual shrimp cocktails are served in a shot glass with a spicy cocktail sauce.

Cook Time 7 minutes mins
- 1 LB Frozen Raw EZ Peel Shrimp with Tails On Peel shrimp before boiling but leave tails on
- 1 Jar Cocktail Sauce I use Hoffman House
- 2 TB Prepared Horseradish Sauce
- 1/2 TB Honey
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Drops Hot Sauce Add more or less to your liking
- 1/4 Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder or One Clove Chopped Garlic
Add peeled shrimp to boiling water for two minutes
Remove pan with shrimp from heat and cover pan with lid to continue cooking for 5 min
Drain shrimp and immerse in ice bath till ready to serve
Mix all ingredients with your bottle of cocktail sauce
Put one TB prepared sauce in each shot glass
Top each shot glass with one shrimp and garnish with lemon curl or parsley and serve immediately
