Equipment

  • 1 Charcuterie Board
  • 1-3 Different size juice or shot glasses To make salami roses

Ingredients

  • 1-3 Sliced Varieties of Salami
  • 1-3 Sliced Varieties of Cheese
  • 1 Sliced Fresh Mozarella log and cut into heart shapes
  • 1 Bunch Large Red Grapes
  • 1/4 Head Cauliflower
  • 6-10 Green onions White part for flowers and the green part to make the stems for the bouquet and the bow
  • 1 Bunch Sage Leaves, Basil Leaves or Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Bunch Thyme

Instructions

  • Make salami roses and secure with toothpicks until ready to make bouquet
  • Roll up different cheese to resemble roses and secure with toothpicks
  • Place salami and cheese in a bouquet fashion on your board
  • If you have the mozzarella hearts use these to accent around the bouquet
  • Pull toothpicks out of salami and wedge large grapes and cauliflower inbetween which should secure them in the rose shape
  • Slice white ends of green onions in about one inch then fray the thin slices out to resemble a flower then place amongst the above roses.
  • Take a couple varieties of leaves and place around the bouquet. I used sage and thyme
  • Take about 5-6 green onions tops - so just the green parts and place at the bottom of your bouquet to look like the stems of the flowers.
  • Slice one green onion all down the green part to make a thin piece. Gently tie around the middle of the stems to look like a bow
