JoAnne's WonTon Sausage Stars

Won ton wrappers filled with spicy Jimmy Dean Sausage and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. You also dice red pepper, but I add Colby Jack Cheese and Green Onions!

  • Brown the sausage over medium high for about 10 minutes
  • Drain cooked and crumbled sausage on paper towel.
  • Dice red pepper and green onions
  • Mix diced pepper, onions, cheese and ranch dressing with your crumbled sausage
  • Spray your muffin tin lightly with olive oil spray
  • Put each won ton wrapper in your mini muffin tin you will have extra left over to make a total of 36 won tons
  • Put one heaping tsp of mix inside each wrapper
  • Lightly spray the edges of your stars with spray oil so they brown nicely
  • Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes till lightly browned then repeat with remaining filling
