Rub two leaves of fresh mint between your fingers and drop in the bottom of a wine glass
Add 1/2 oz up to 1 oz of St. Germain Liqueur - If you like a sweeter drink go heavier
Add ice then add Prosecco and Club Soda
Garnish with a large Sprig of Mint leaves that you have given a slap over the drink before garnish which extracts the oils then add a lemon wheel and serve
