Grilled Cantina Watermelon
Grilled watermelon basted in lime and agave then grilled to perfection and topped off with Cojita Cheese and Tajin for that bit of spice

Cook Time 10 minutes mins
- 1 Seedless Watermelon cut in 1 inch thick triangles
- 2 Juiced Limes
- 1 TB Agave Nectar
- 2 TB Cojita Cheese
- Tajin sprinkled on all sides
Oil racks on grill and heat to med high
Slice watermelon in triangle shapes one inch thick
Juice two limes and mix juice with 1 TB Agave nectar
Baste all sides with juice then grill on hot grill to get char marks on both sides of the melon pieces
Top hot watermelon with Cojita Cheese and sprinkle generously with Tajin Spice
Serve Warm
