Grilled Cantina Watermelon

Grilled watermelon basted in lime and agave then grilled to perfection and topped off with Cojita Cheese and Tajin for that bit of spice

  • 1 Grill

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Seedless Watermelon cut in 1 inch thick triangles
  • 2 Juiced Limes
  • 1 TB Agave Nectar
  • 2 TB Cojita Cheese
  • Tajin sprinkled on all sides

Instructions
 

  • Oil racks on grill and heat to med high
  • Slice watermelon in triangle shapes one inch thick
  • Juice two limes and mix juice with 1 TB Agave nectar
  • Baste all sides with juice then grill on hot grill to get char marks on both sides of the melon pieces
  • Top hot watermelon with Cojita Cheese and sprinkle generously with Tajin Spice
  • Serve Warm
