Equipment

  • 1 Bullet Blender
  • 1 Fine Meshed Sieve
  • 1 Mandoline If using otherwise just cut Cucumbers for garnish
  • 1 Shot Glass
  • 1 Juicer for the Lemon

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon Juiced Approx 1 Oz of Juice
  • 3 Oz Vodka I use Titos
  • 1 Oz St. Germain Elderflower Liquor

Juicing

  • 1-2 Peeled English Cucumbers

Garnish

  • 1 UnPeeled English Cucumber sliced on a Mandoline Use 2 Slices to make a cross in the Martini Glass or Slice to Garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the glass by running the unpeeled cucumber on the Mandolin to make slices of Cucumber. Place in a cross on the inside of the Martini Glass. Trim ends to neatly fit
  • Chop remaining above Cucumber and add additional peeled Cucumber to the Bullet Blender and Puree until smooth
  • Using the back of a spoon push the Cucumber Puree through a fine meshed sieve extracting the cucumber juice - you should get about one cup which is enough for four martinis
  • Add ice to a Cocktail Shaker and add Cucumber Juice, Vodka, Elderflower Liquor, Fresh Lemon Juice and a squeeze of Agave Nectar (1/2 tsp)
  • Shake vigorously for 20 seconds then pour into prepared glass or just garnish with a slice of Cucumber and serve
