Blue Eyed Cicada
A delicious cocktail fashioned after the famous bugs that are bombarding us - it's a combo of Tequila, Espresso, White Creme de Menthe and Half & Half. Sprinkle the top with Cinnamon, Cocoa and Sugar and you've made yourself a delightful drink!

Silver Tequila

Espresso
Homemade or buy cold brew
1/2
Oz
White Creme de Menthe

Oz
Half & Half
Garnish for Rim and Top of Cocktail
1/2
Tsp
Cocoa Powder
1/2
Tsp
Cinnamon
1
Tsp
Sugar
1
Pinch
Nutmeg directly in the drink

Blueberries Skewered
1 Extra Blueberry to run around the rim
Instructions
Mix together Cocoa, Cinnamon and Sugar
Run a sliced blueberry around the rim of Martini Glass and dip in above
Fill p shaker half way with ice and add Tequila, Espresso, Cream and Creme de Menthe and shake well
Strain above into prepared Martini glass
Sprinkle a pinch of Nutmeg on top of the the drink
Take 1/4 Tsp of remaining garnish mix and sprinkle over the top of the drink and then garnish with skewered blueberries
