The Haymaker Cocktail

Equal parts of Bourbon, Cointreau, Dry Vermouth and fresh squeezed lime. Served in a lime zest and sugar rimmed glass over ice!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Oz Bourbon
  • 1 Oz Cointreau
  • 1 Oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Oz Fresh Squeezed Lime

Cocktail Glass Rim

  • 1 TB Sugar
  • 1 TB Lime Zest

Garnish

  • 1 Sprig Rosemary dipped in lime and sugar

Instructions
 

  • Zest lime into sugar and run the lime around the rim of your glass and dip in the sugar mixture
  • Add Bourbon, Cointreau, Vermouth and Fresh Squeezed Lime juice to an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds
  • Pour into sugar & lime zest rimmed glass filled with ice
  • Garnish with a sugared Rosemary Sprig
