The Haymaker Cocktail
Equal parts of Bourbon, Cointreau, Dry Vermouth and fresh squeezed lime. Served in a lime zest and sugar rimmed glass over ice!
1 Citrus Zester
1 Citrus Juicer
- 1 Oz Bourbon
- 1 Oz Cointreau
- 1 Oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 Oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
Garnish
- 1 Sprig Rosemary dipped in lime and sugar
Zest lime into sugar and run the lime around the rim of your glass and dip in the sugar mixture
Add Bourbon, Cointreau, Vermouth and Fresh Squeezed Lime juice to an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds
Pour into sugar & lime zest rimmed glass filled with ice
Garnish with a sugared Rosemary Sprig
