In pan to fry meatballs
Sauce
1
16 oz Jar
Apricot or Peach Jam

Fresh Ginger sliced and diced

Instructions
Mix all ingredients with Ground Turkey meat until well incorporated
Form meat mixture into small bite size balls - you should get about 25
Heat oil in large skillet to med high and add meatballs and cook for 2 minutes
Flip meatballs and cook additional 2 minutes
Turn heat down to med low and cover pan and cook for 10 minutes while stirring them every few minutes to ensure an even cook
While meatballs are cooking mix all ingredients for sauce in a small pan and cook for 15 minutes till slightly thickened and flavors meld
Add meatballs and sauce to a Crockpot and keep on warm
Serve with toothpicks
