Refreshing Rum & Pineapple
A delightful and refreshing mix of White Rum & Pineapple Juice with a nice squeeze of lime! Served over crushed ice and garnish with a edible springtime flower and a lime Wheel!
Equipment
- 1 Blender To Crush Ice - Optional step
- 1 Ice Cream Scoop
Ingredients
- 2 Oz White Rum
- 4 Oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 Oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice from one lime
- Crushed Ice
Garnish
- 2 Lime Wheels or Wedges
- Edible Flowers If Available
Instructions
- Crush Ice in your Blender and using an Ice Cream Scooper put one scoop of ice in each Couple style glass
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add Rum & Pineapple and shake well
- Pour cocktail over prepared glasses and garnish
