Pumpkin Spice White Russian
A sweet and creamy cocktail made with Kahlua, Vodka, Pumpkin Spice and topped off with fresh cream.
Ingredients
- 2 Oz Kahlua
- 1 3/4 Oz Vodka
- 1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 Oz Half and Half Cream
Rim
- 2 Crushed Gingersnap Cookies
- 1 Tsp Honey
Instructions
- Crush the gingersnap cookies until they are a fine powder
- Dip the rim of your glass in a little honey then dip in the gingersnap powder
- Pour Kahlua, Vodka and Pumpkin Spice in a glass and mix with a spoon
- Fill your rimmed glass with ice and pour the above mixture in the glass
- Holding a spoon upside down slowly pour the cream over the Kahlua mixture so that it floats on top
- The rim is totally optional and you can also just garnish with a cinnamon stick
