Pink Lemon Drop Martini

A craveable combination of Vodka, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, Cointreau, Simple Syrup and little splash of Grenadine to give it a beautiful Pink Hue

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oz Vodka I use Titos
  • 1/2 Oz Cointreu Or you can use Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 Oz Simple Syrup Easily made by boiling equal parts sugar and water for 10-15 minutes till a syrupy consistency
  • 1 Oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Splash Grenadine

Garnish

  • 1 TB Sugar To Rim the glass
  • 1 Twist Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Rim Martini Glass with Sugar
  • Fill Cocktail Shaker with Ice and add Vodka, Cointreau, Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice and Splash of Grenadine till it's a light Pink color
  • Shake well for 20 seconds or more and pour into the prepared Martini Glass
  • Garnish with a twist or lemon and fruit if you desire
