Baking Soda Bath

Instructions
Clean berries in the baking soda bath then dry on a cloth and individually dry each berry to eliminate any moisture
Put out a sheet of Parchment Paper or rubber sil pat sheets
Melt White Chocolate according to the directions
Dip each berry 2/3 of the way in the chocolate leaving a nice line of 1/3 red at the top and place on the parchment
Gently picking up each dipped berry carefully sprinkle the bottom 1/3 with the sanding sugar. Do not dip the berry in the sugar as it messes the chocolate and gets too thick. Either sprinkle it on carefully or use a spoon with the sugar to sprinkle it nicely on the bottom 1/3 of the berry
Let the berries dry and serve immediately or refrigerate up to one day
