Irish Mule
A crisp and refreshing cocktail with an Irish twist of Jameson Whiskey, lime and ginger beer
Equipment
- 1 Juicer
Ingredients
- 2 Oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 1 Oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice Juice from one lime
- 6 Oz Ginger Beer I use Goslings or Fever Tree
- 1 Sprig Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 Wedge Lime
Instructions
- Fill your copper mug or glass of choice with ice then add whiskey, lime juice and fill to top with Ginger Beer and mix
- Garnish with a few sprigs of Fresh Mint and a wedge of Lime
