1SmallCarton Heavy CreamOr more depending on size of glass - you want about a 1/2 inch of cream to float on top
Instructions
Chill your mixing bowl and paddle
Once cold mix your heavy whipping cream for 3-5 minutes until thickened but before peaks form - you may need to whip longer if making more cream for numerous drinks
Put brown sugar, maple syrup and Jameson Whiskey in glass and top with fresh hot brewed coffee leaving and inch on top or so for the cream
Heat your TB under hot water for one minute
Using back of spoon slowly pour the cream over the spoon so that it floats on top of the coffee about 1 inch thick
