Fall Charcuterie Board with Mini Pumpkins

The cutest little fruit board adorned with an array of fruits, nuts, candy and mini pumpkins filled with fruit dips! The mini pumpkins are easy to clean out and use as an adorable way to serve dips, fill with flowers or you can use them in place of bowls and fill with nuts or candy!!

Equipment

  • 1 Board or large serving tray
  • 1 Sharp knife or pumpkin carving tool

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Mini Pumpkins
  • 1 Container Caramel Apple Dip
  • 1/2 Brick Cream Cheese Softened 4 oz
  • 1/2 Cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Fruit Medley

  • 2 Red Apples
  • 2 Green Apples You could also use Pears
  • 1 Bunch Green Grapes You could use Red Grapes or both
  • Assortment of Cheeses Cheddar, Colby Jack, Brie, Gouda
  • Assortment of Nuts Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts
  • Candy Corn or Pumpkins or Chocolate Covered Nuts
  • Crackers or Breads

Instructions
 

  • Cut off tops of mini pumpkins and clean out insides
  • Rinse the pumpkins out and dry thoroughly before adding dips
  • Mix softened cream cheese with marshmallow fluff and add pinch of vanilla
  • Fill both pumpkins with caramel dip and fluff dip
  • Arrange the mini pumpkins in the middle of your board and surround with fruit, nuts, candy and crackers
