Cranberry Orange Mimosa

A delightful mix of sweet cranberry sauce, orange juice and champagne. The use of whole cranberry sauce gives this drink a yummy twist and layers with the orange juice to look beautiful for your holiday brunch or anytime you desire! Garnish with a mini slice of orange, frozen cranberries and a sprig of rosemary to get you in the festive mood! One bottle of champagne should get you 6-8 mimosas!

Equipment

  • 1 Tall champagne glass

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tsp Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Oz Orange Juice Fresh Squeezed if you're trying to be fancy!
  • 1 Glass Champagne I use Korbel

Garnish

  • 1 Small Slice of Orange
  • 2 Fresh Cranberries You can freeze these so they serve as ice cubes to keep your drink cold
  • 1 Small Sprig of Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Put 3 teaspoons of cranberry sauce in the bottom of your glass
  • Add about one inch of orange juice which should be about an ounce
  • Slowly pour champagne to fill the glass
  • Garnish with a small slice of orange on the rim of the glass
  • Add 2 cranberries and rosemary if you desire
  • Serve immediately
