Christmas Charcuterie Board

A board filled with a medley of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, olives or pickles which are surrounded by a choice of crackers, breadsticks and slices of crusty french bread. To make this more festive you can use red and green peppers, holiday M&M's or add some Christmas Cookies to your display!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 6 oz Sliced Salami
  • 1 6 oz Prosciutto
  • 1 Hot Sopressata Sausage sliced thin
  • 1 Brick Sharp Cheddar Cheese or any yellow cheese
  • 1 Brick Fontinella or sharp white cheese
  • 1 Round Semi-Soft Cheese This can be a cheese ball, Borsin soft cheese, Brie topped with cranberry sauce or fruit jam or even an ice cream scoop or Merkts cheese
  • 1 Cup Apricots and dried Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Almonds and Chocolate Covered Nuts
  • 1 Cup Olive Medley from your Deli
  • 1 Crackers of your choice
  • 1 Alessi Breaksticks
  • l small Crusty French Bread

Instructions
 

  • Put soft cheese of your choice in the middle of your board
  • Slice meats and arrange them rolled or fanned out on one side of the board
  • Slice and cube cheese and arrange them stacked in cubes and fanned in slices on the other side of your board
  • Put pickles or olives around your meats or in little bowls next to the meats
  • Put dried fruits around your cheeses with either sliced apples or pears or a bunch of grapes next to the cheeses
  • Arrange breaksticks and pretzel rods in small glasses on either side of your center cheese with nuts and chocolates in small dishes
  • Fan crackers in front of your soft cheese
  • Add small knives in the cheese and toothpicks or small forks around the meats and cheeses
