Christmas Broccoli Wreath

Veggie platter shaped to look like a Christmas wreath. You add small vegetables on top of the broccoli to look like ornaments. Make a bow with Red Bell Pepper and place a dip in the center.

Equipment

  • 1 Small Star Cookie Cutter
  • 1 Small Round Cutter

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Heads Broccoli
  • 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 1 Large Zucchini It needs to be fat enough to cut out the stars - you may substitute a cucumber

Dip

  • 1 16oz Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Hellmans Mayonaise
  • 1 Packet Dip Mix of your Choose Knorr Vegetable Mix or Hidden Valley Ranch Dip are good choices

Instructions
 

  • Make dip and place in center of your serving platter
  • Cut Broccoli into florets and place around the dip to form a wreath
  • Cut red pepper to look like a bow. Cut the top of the red pepper and use two of the double bumped tops to look like each side of the bow. Put a red pepper circle in the middle and cut strips to look like the cascading ribbon of the bow
  • Slice Zucchini and cut out star shapes and place around wreath
  • Cut out both yellow and orange peppers in circle shapes and place around wreath
