Cut Broccoli in florets and microwave in bowl with two inches of water for 5 minutes
Finely chop cooked Broccoli
Cook and crumble 5 slices of Bacon
Add Bacon, 1 Cup Shredded Cheese, Finely Chopped Onion, 2 TB Flour, 3 Eggs, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper and the Sriracha or Hot Sauce if you desire all to the broccoli and mix well
Refrigerate Broccoli mixture for l hour
Cover a pan in parchment and drizzle with Olive Oil
Using a TB make one inch balls of the Broccoli Mixture and roll in the Panko and Parm
Place on parchment lined pan and spray with Oil
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, then Broil for 3 minutes until golden brown
Serve with Dipping Sauce
