Cheddar Pimento Cheese Toasts

Decadent cheesy bites of baked cheddar cheese with a surprise filling of pimento cheese. This is formed into a two bite little sandwich that is baked together to make a scrumptious bite of cheesy goodness!

Equipment

  • 1 Mixer or Hand Held Blender
  • 1 Cheese Grater

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Finely Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated from a block
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 2 TB Half - Half or Heavy Cream
  • 1 Lg Egg
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 TB Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne or more to taste
  • 1 Tsp Flour
  • 1 12 oz Tub of Pimento Cheese Spread
  • 1 16 oz Pepperidge Farm White Sandwich Bread

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Beat Cheddar Cheese and butter at med speed
  • Beat in cream and next seven ingredients
  • Cut crusts from bread slices
  • Cover one slice with pimento spread then top with another piece of bread
  • Cut this in fours with a serrated knife and cover the squares with the cheddar cheese mixture.
  • Repeat steps 5 & 6 until cheese is gone
  • Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
