Blue Marshmallow Peeps Martini

Marshmallow infused Vodka mixed with Blue Curacao and Coconut Milk and garnished with a Blue Peep

Equipment

  • 1 Large Jar or Container To use to Infuse Vodka with Marshmallows
  • 1 Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 3 Oz Vodka

Cocktail

  • 2 Oz Marshmallow Infused Vodka Tito's
  • 1 Oz Blue Curacoa
  • 2 Oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 Blue Peep Make small slice on bottom to hang on edge of glass

Instructions
 

  • To infuse Vodka combine Mini Marshmallows and Vodka in a large container and shake well - Let rest for 24 hours
  • Strain Vodka through a fine mesh sieve and discard the marshmallows
  • Add 2 Oz Marshmallow Vodka, Blue Curacao and Coconut Milk to ice filled Shaker and Shake Well
  • Strain into Martini Glass
  • Garnish with Blue Peep
