Equipment

  • 1 Cheese Grater Optional
  • 1 Potato Peeler Optional

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 1 Oz Vodka (I use Titos)
  • 1 Oz Chocolate Liquer (I now use Mozart)*
  • 1 Oz Creme de Cacao (Du Buchett) *
  • 1 Oz Half & Half or Heavy Cream

Instructions

Garnish Prep

  • Hold your glass at an angle. Tip the syrup bottle pointing into the glass and squeeze a thin line of chocolate around the glass. Rotate your glass to get a pretty swirl effect!
  • Have your chocolate at room temp
  • Take a potato peeler and pull down the side of the bar to create curls
  • Use a cheese grater to create chocolate shavings

Cocktail

  • Fill your shaker halfway with ice
  • Add your vodka, chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, and half and half
  • Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
  • Strain into each martini glass

Add Garnish To Drink

  • Add curls, chocolate shavings, and a truffle to the martini

Notes

*These two-starred items may be substituted with Baileys. I prefer my way plus it’s cheaper but tastes more like a martini than a glass of Baileys but whatever works for you!
