Baked Potato Bar
Hearty baked potatoes with Chili and every topping imaginable in a self serve bar surely will impress your Super Bowl guests

Servings 1 Potato per person
- 1 Pot Chili
- 1 Potato per person Make 3-4 extra just in case
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil and salt for potatoes
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Merkt's Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Small Can of Sliced Olives
- 6 Scallions Chopped
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese I use Tillamook
- 1 Stick Butter Cut in slices
- 1 Jar Pre-made Queso in a jar
- 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 Pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
Clean, dry, and oil and salt each potato
Put right on rack in oven at 400 degrees for one hour
Display all your toppings in a bar fashion in small bowls for your guests to help themselves
Put the hot potatoes all around the toppings for people to make their own potato bowl
Serve with bowls, forks and knives
