Rim and Prep Your Glasses
Start by rimming your glasses with Tahin.
Take a lime slice, run it around the rim, and dip it in Tahin.
The subtle smokiness of Tahin harmonizes perfectly with the cucumber.
Muddle and Shake
Slice up a couple of jalapenos and muddle a slice in each glass with a tablespoon of agave.
In your cocktail shaker, combine Tequila, Cointreau (or triple sec), fresh lime juice, and a couple of shots of that delightful fresh cucumber juice.
Shake vigorously, strain over ice in each margarita glass, or use a highball glass if you prefer.
Garnish and Serve
Float a slice of jalapeno on top and garnish with a refreshing slice of cucumber.
Your Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita is now ready to be a star player at your Super Bowl party!
Batch It Up for Easy Enjoyment
To ensure you don’t spend the entire game playing bartender, consider mixing up a pitcher of these delightful margaritas earlier in the day.
