  • 1 Bottle Tahin (to rim glass)
  • 1 Lime (Juiced)
  • 1 Lime (Sliced to rim the glass)
  • 1 Jalapeno (Sliced to muddle and to garnish)
  • 1 1/2 Oz Silver Tequila
  • 1 Oz Cointreau
  • 2 Oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
  • 1 TB Agave Nectar
  • 1 Oz Lime Juice


  1. Peel and chop up cucumber and blend.
  2. Pour blended cucumber through a mesh strainer, pushing through all the juices.
  3. Take a slice of lime and rim the glass, then dip in the Tahin.
  4. Muddle a jalapeno slice with a tablespoon of agave nectar in the bottom of each glass.
  5. Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  6. Add Tequila, Cucumber Juice, Lime Juice, and Cointreau. Shake for 20 seconds.

  • 1 Bottle Tahin to rim glass
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1 Lime Sliced to rim the glass
  • 1 Jalapeno Sliced to muddle and to garnish
  • 1 1/2 Oz Silver Tequila
  • 1 Oz Cointreau
  • 2 Oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
  • 1 TB Agave Nectar
  • 1 Oz Lime Juice

  • Muddle a jalapeno slice with TB of agave nectar lin the bottom of each glass
  • In cocktail shaker filled half way with ice add Tequila, Cucumber Juice, Lime Juice and Cointreau and shake for 20 seconds
  • Strain in ice filled margarita glass and float a jalapeno slice and garnish with a slice of cucumber
